    戒巧克力

         目前不方便说话，只适合打字，因为本小姐刚从牙医那儿回家。
         上个星期，在没头脑半哄半骗的情况下去了口腔诊所，诊断的结果是要做牙齿的深层清洁，补六个蛀牙和拔三个智齿。尴尬因为对巧克力的太过依赖和对牙医的极度恐惧，所以直到现在才开始亡羊补牢。
         今天，拿着没头脑的手绘地图（没头脑向来比较扣，不给我买GPS），摸索着到了诊所，战战兢兢的坐到躺椅上，得得瑟瑟的张开嘴巴，然后就挨了3针。555555555 真的很痛。然后一个姐姐（不知道是不是上次那个，我记不住外国人的长相）拿水枪冲了半天，再搞了个两头弯的东西在我牙床里面反复的刮，好像跟我的牙有深仇大恨一样，最后又用牙线在牙缝里面勒了几回。
         最打击我的是，她告诉我今天只作半边牙齿的Deep Cleaning ，不补牙，也不拔牙。晕死，还要再挨几针阿？都不敢想了。谁来救救我啊！！
         真是自作孽不可活了，只能肿着半边脸和半边牙床提醒大家，如果不想跟我一样受罪的话，能戒巧克力的就尽量戒吧，刷完牙记得用牙线，有孩子的千万少给吃糖。。。。。。

    3个月前我刚拔了我最后一颗智齿. 不过现在学乖了, 每6个月必定去看一下牙医报道一下, 免得下次又要大动家伙了. 戒巧克力我是不想了. 我们护士台上几乎天天有病人送的糖果巧克力. 想减啊, 那个难啊! 不过, 大家一起努力吧:)
